HMH Consulting LLC
CEMS
We have been building up a CEMS (continuous emission monitoring) section and
just installed our first
system (a THC/O2) system at the Anchorage municipal wastewater treatment plan
– sludge incineration system. We are now the first and only in-state integrator
of theses systems and can provide these to Alaskan utilities at real savings compared
to Outside providers.

Monitoring and Mold Analysis
Another new service is
our indoor air monitoring and mold analysis service. We are
also in the process to
obtain AAAAI certification for pollen and fungus spores.

Microlab Northwest
Training in Indoor Air
Quality Light Microscopy
I've been teaching an 8 hour class
to environmental specialists on how to sample indoor environments to determine
the cause of health complaints. I am in the process of adding the text to my
website (under Publications) for anyone who is interested.
We provide analytical
support for assessing environmental quality, asbestos analysis, product failure
analysis, analysis of contaminants in products or on surfaces, and a variety of
one-of-a-kind tests. If someone needs a special test or has an analytical
problem we can often help. We also still offer training in analytical light
microscopy.

EHS-Alaska, Inc.
SPCC Plans
Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC) are required for
everything from a
fuel truck on a construction site to multi-million dollar North Slope oil drilling rigs.
EHS-Alaska prepares these plans in accordance with recently updated EPA regulations.
The new regulations require all existing SPCC Plans be amended or replaced. In
addition the new regulations require that SPCC Plans be prepared by a P.E. that is
familiar with SPCC Plans creation. EHS-Alaska meets all the new requirements of the
EPA and will insure your plan is in compliance.
